Isabel Leonardo Hernandez is a licensed hairstylist and colorist with over 20 years of experience, now welcoming clients at Luma Salon in South End, Charlotte, North Carolina. Her specialties include curly and textured hair, custom haircuts, blonding, balayage, color correction, and keratin treatments. Isabel’s passion for hair began in New York City, where her family owned several salons. After moving to Jacksonville, North Carolina, in 2003, she pursued that passion through the cosmetology program at Coastal Carolina Community College. Her commitment to education has continued throughout her career. Her certifications and specialized training include: • Advanced Color and Cutting — TIGI Academy, Dallas, Texas • Advanced Color Correction — Redken Academy, New York City • Freehand Balayage — Jameson Shaw Academy, Atlanta, Georgia • Forevercurls by Leyba Carrillo — Training specializing in blonding and curly hair services Isabel brings care, creativity, and attention to detail to every appointment. She takes time to understand each guest’s hair texture, goals, and daily routine to create a personalized look that feels beautiful and manageable.
CANCELLATION POLICY
IMPORTANT — PLEASE READ! STRICTLY ENFORCED 24-HOUR CANCELLATION POLICY Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice when cancelling your appointment. This policy is strictly enforced. Your appointment time is reserved especially for you. Late cancellations and missed appointments prevent me from offering that time to clients on my waiting list. Appointments are confirmed 48 hours in advance as a helpful reminder. A credit card is required on file to reserve your appointment, and the following cancellation fees apply: • CANCELLATIONS WITH LESS THAN 24 HOURS’ NOTICE: A fee equal to 50% of the reserved service amount. • NO-CALL, NO-SHOW APPOINTMENTS: A fee equal to 100% of the reserved service amount. • APPOINTMENTS BOOKED LESS THAN 24 HOURS IN ADVANCE: Cancellations must be made at least 4 hours before the appointment start time. Cancellations made less than 4 hours before the appointment will be charged 50% of the reserved service amount. • APPOINTMENTS WITH MULTIPLE SERVICES: Services cancelled with less than 24 hours’ notice will be charged 100% of the reserved service amount. A deposit equal to 50% of the total service amount may be charged to your credit card to reserve the appointment. Providing advance notice allows me to offer available appointments to waiting clients and better serve everyone.
